Management makes you feel like family! Lived there for 4 years and I miss it. Beautiful park across the street, super friendly neighbors, and a great location.

We have lived at Morrell Park for over 10 years. I am so grateful for each of them. Johnnay is the piece that holds this community together. We raised our son here and he is now grown and has decided to live here as well. Yara is always on the front lines ready to help however she can. Those of you who left negative reviews obviously never took the time to know either of them. They are good people with good souls and we as tenants are lucky to have such a community oriented management team. We've lived in a complex where you were just a tenant. Management was cold, Uncaring and you were just a rent check. Johnnay and Yara have made Morrell Park a family community, be glad you live here.

This is hands down the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The grounds keeper does a superb job with beautiful foliage. The management is wonderful. All of the staff is great. Very quiet, safe and affordable. Also dog friendly of all sizes. We really lucked out with this place.

I've been living at these apartments for almost a year , I have nothing bad to say, very friendly, professional and helpful management, I feel at home, safe and they really take care of their tenants and the apartment complex is always clean and well taken care of. They do a lot for the residents and they help the community as well.

I lived in this complex a couple years. the management and staff are nothing but kind. We all have rough times in life and instead of treating you like a tenant, they work with you like family to get through it and assist the problems. Any maintenance problems I had always were taken care of with in a day or two. They are currently working on a new look which I believe is fantastic. Another thing I highly respected were all the gatherings they planned and little things they did for their residents. I believe this was a safe warm place to call home.

Morell Park Apartments is truly a wonderful place to live. Johnay, Yara, Tom and Linda are some of the most professional people I have ever met. If you need something done, they are right there to get it accomplished. If you need a ride to the airport, someone is there for you. If you need to be picked up at the airport, someone is there for you. If you need a ride to the doctor, someone is there for you. The grounds are always kept immaculate. Something is always being done on this property on daily basis to improve anything that needs it. The pool is awesome and has a resort feel. The staff absolutely makes you feel like family. I plan on staying here for awhile. There is no place like home and, that, is what Morell Park Apartments feels like. —unpdate—EVEN DURING THESE UNPRECEDENTED TIMES, THE MORELL PARK COMMUNITY STANDS UNITED. EVERYONE HAS THEIR OWN RESPECTABLE OPINIONS AND OUR COMMUNITY STRIVES FOR ACCEPTANCE OF ALL RESIDENT PERSPECTIVES. THE MANAGEMENT ENSURES THAT EVERY RESIDENT IS RESPECTED. I HAVE BEEN THROUGH SOME CHALLENGES THIS SUMMER AND MANAGEMENT DISPLAYED A LOT OF LOVE TO ME WHEN I REALLY NEEDED IT. THIS PLACE IS WAY MORE THAN JUST AN APARTMENT COMPLEX.
