My experience on just the tour alone is what will bring me back to these apartments! The office staff are professional and polite and even have some candy and coffee for anyone that comes in! I will definitely be coming back when I am ready to move!

Under the new management, especially property manager Lianne and her assistant Alex, I highly recommend their professionalism and how they cater your needs as a renter. I just moved in this year and my experience so far is 10/10. I love how clean my unit is, I had few challenges but their maintenance supervisor were able to fixed them. My kids and I so far are happy and felt safe being here. Thanks, Lianne! 💯🤗

Amazing place to live! Morrell Park Apartments has been absolutely amazing. The community is well maintained, the atmosphere is peaceful, and everything feels clean and welcoming. Management and staff are friendly, professional, and truly care about their residents. Any concerns are handled quickly, and maintenance is always prompt and efficient. The location is convenient, and overall it’s been a great living experience. I highly recommend Morrell Park Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free place to call home!

The maintenance guys Ruben & Luis were incredible! Our plumbing went out, and they came over within an hour or two max. Fixed both showers and toilets & were very professional :)

We have lived at Morrell Park for over 10 years. I am so grateful for each of them. Johnnay is the piece that holds this community together. We raised our son here and he is now grown and has decided to live here as well. Yara is always on the front lines ready to help however she can. Those of you who left negative reviews obviously never took the time to know either of them. They are good people with good souls and we as tenants are lucky to have such a community oriented management team. We've lived in a complex where you were just a tenant. Management was cold, Uncaring and you were just a rent check. Johnnay and Yara have made Morrell Park a family community, be glad you live here.

This is hands down the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The grounds keeper does a superb job with beautiful foliage. The management is wonderful. All of the staff is great. Very quiet, safe and affordable. Also dog friendly of all sizes. We really lucked out with this place.

I've been living at these apartments for almost a year , I have nothing bad to say, very friendly, professional and helpful management, I feel at home, safe and they really take care of their tenants and the apartment complex is always clean and well taken care of. They do a lot for the residents and they help the community as well.

I lived in this complex a couple years. the management and staff are nothing but kind. We all have rough times in life and instead of treating you like a tenant, they work with you like family to get through it and assist the problems. Any maintenance problems I had always were taken care of with in a day or two. They are currently working on a new look which I believe is fantastic. Another thing I highly respected were all the gatherings they planned and little things they did for their residents. I believe this was a safe warm place to call home.

Morell Park Apartments is truly a wonderful place to live. Johnay, Yara, Tom and Linda are some of the most professional people I have ever met. If you need something done, they are right there to get it accomplished. If you need a ride to the airport, someone is there for you. If you need to be picked up at the airport, someone is there for you. If you need a ride to the doctor, someone is there for you. The grounds are always kept immaculate. Something is always being done on this property on daily basis to improve anything that needs it. The pool is awesome and has a resort feel. The staff absolutely makes you feel like family. I plan on staying here for awhile. There is no place like home and, that, is what Morell Park Apartments feels like. —unpdate—EVEN DURING THESE UNPRECEDENTED TIMES, THE MORELL PARK COMMUNITY STANDS UNITED. EVERYONE HAS THEIR OWN RESPECTABLE OPINIONS AND OUR COMMUNITY STRIVES FOR ACCEPTANCE OF ALL RESIDENT PERSPECTIVES. THE MANAGEMENT ENSURES THAT EVERY RESIDENT IS RESPECTED. I HAVE BEEN THROUGH SOME CHALLENGES THIS SUMMER AND MANAGEMENT DISPLAYED A LOT OF LOVE TO ME WHEN I REALLY NEEDED IT. THIS PLACE IS WAY MORE THAN JUST AN APARTMENT COMPLEX. I have never experienced a property like this one! The staff is amazing and does more than just work orders and daily routines.... the make sure they hold and sign for packages, they are active in community functions, the give back to the community every Friday providing lunch for the homeless. They even go as far as taking residents to doctor appts, airport drop off and pick up, emergency contacts for children at school.... the nerve of some people to leave lies on reviews, if you have done something to alter your experience here, deal with it... the manager is stern but always fair! This by far exceeds most apartment communities

I am a senior who moved here from Northern California having no family or friends. I had never heard of Henderson just that it was in S Nevada. I came sight unseen. The area has been quiet even with children. Not knowing the area at the beginning I was going into the office seeking help for directions. Johnnay would get me a printout of directions of where I was going and Yara would assist me on the computer. Both have been and are very helpful. I have always been a renter and have found this complex to be A+. I read negative remarks and what a shame. These ladies are doing their job and quite well I might say.

I enjoyed living there and felt that I had been respected by management. Manager is very nice , and also very motherly always willing to talk to you and figure things out . For my first place I'd say it was a nice change to experience life . Morrell gave us the opportunity to live on our own and I am very grateful to have experience that . Miss management.

I have read the other reviews, and how depressing it is for you to have your wages garnished if you owed money, you should have paid them. The management is absolutely amazing! The manager has been there for years, and she does such an excellent job and the property is beautiful--maintenance requests are done quickly. I wouldn't live anywhere else!
